Due to covid-19 pandemic, Cici Boutique will not be accepting any returns. All sales are final! If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, please feel free to reach out to me via email (email@example.com) so we can resolve this inconvenience.
No refunds are allowed. Store credit is an alternative.
Items that are purchased from Cici Boutique will be packaged and processed through the United States Postal Service within 5-7 business days. Once items have been processed, an email will be sent providing customer's order tracking number.
Free Shipping - includes first class and priority shipping.
Free shipping does not include express shipping!
If you are interested in express shipping, there will be a fee.
Orders will not be shipped out during holidays or over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday). All orders will be shipped between Monday and Friday.
